If you wish to set up additional methods for MFA to prevent against future SMS messaging outages, you can do so by going to the JA Campus, logging in, going to the JA ID Dashboard, then clicking on your name in the top-right of the Dashboard and selecting “Settings”. There, you can add either the Okta Authenticator App (Available in the Apple and Android app stores) or the Google Authenticator app (Android only). Either one can be used instead of SMS if SMS has issues in the future.
