Sometimes the JA Campus says I'm logged in, but behaves as though I'm logged out. Why?

If the JA Campus is left open long enough without activity (for example if you leave the page open overnight), it is possible for a user's session to timeout without it being reflected on the page itself.
If you find yourself unsure about your logged in/logged out status, please click logout then try logging in again. If that doesn't work, you can try clearing your cache or user Ctrl+F5 to reload the page with a fresh session (a regular page reload won't clear one's cache, so it's important to use the Ctrl+F5 key combination). This resolves most issues.
